Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes. You add a profile photo and verify with an ID document, proof of address and a short live video, reviewed by a person. It keeps fake accounts out, and it's what lets customers trust you with their home.
How do I get paid?
The customer pays through the app before you start. When you finish, you upload photos or video of the work. Your payout is released when the customer confirms, or automatically after the time limit if they don't respond, unless they report a problem.
What does it cost to use?
A commission is taken from your quote. The app shows you the commission and your payout as you enter the price, before you send it.
